At explorebeads.com we are committed to ship your order in safe packing within the given time. We ship our product in 7-10 working days (1-3 days in India). We do very serious efforts to give you best experience and ensure that our order reaches you in time and in good condition. That’s why we use best logistics services like DHL, Fedex, Aremex, USPS, & UPS.

We are charging very minimum amount for shipping your order at your door step. For USA we charge $20 to ship anywhere. But if your purchase amount is more than $300 there is no shipping charge and your delivery will absolutely free.

There isn’t any hidden charge so customer have to pay only cost of the product and shipping charge.

Tracking of your order is available. We send you a tracking ID via e-mail or SMS with all detail of Logistics. So you can track position of your order any time after dispatch from our site.

Return:

We are committed to deliver exactly same product that appears on our website www.explorebeads.com but after this if you want to return or replace your purchased product for any reason you can do it by following few very easy steps.

For return you can drop an email on support@explorebeads.com within 10 days of purchase with a solid reason and if you want to replace your product mail on same email within 30 days of purchase.

If a product successfully reached to us we will starts the refund process. The refund process will take 10-15 business days. Refund amount will differ from the amount you pay to us because shipping charges and merchant fee is non-refundable.

Any one cancel their order by a simple email on support@explorebeads.com within 6 hour of order. We cancel your order and refund payment with a nominal deduction of merchant fee within 7 business days. Please Note we never consider on those cancelation requests which came after 6 hour of purchase.

We never consider on those return/replacement request in which Product is not in the exact same condition or damaged.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a possibility that:

  • The item may be damaged during transit
  • Or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • Or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement / return of item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below.
